How returns work?
We have a 10 day return policy
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and in original packaging.
Situations where refunds are NOT granted
- No receipt
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Assembled incorrectly or modified product
- No restocking fee will apply for product that is unopened.
- A restocking fee of 25% may apply for product that is opened but unused.
- A restocking fee of 50% may apply for product that is opened and used.
**Restocking fees are applicable to product price before shipping & tax
Mattresses opened from original seal are not eligible for return.
Instead Mattresses have manufacturer warranty **(subject to terms -refer to mattress warranty page)
Once your return is received we will inspect , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 business days.
Customer will be fully responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs paid by Furniture Garage to deliver the products out to customer is non-refundable.
